UMAC is a non-profit organisation founded in 1975 under the Faculty of Business and Economics of Universiti Malaya. It aims to achieve recognition, both locally and internationally, of its ability to produce innovative, resourceful, and highly competent accountants who possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and have the passion to excel and succeed in their careers.

 

As it is known, UMAC is rated as a 5-star undergraduates club in Universiti Malaya, due to its professionalism and continuous achievements of the accounting undergraduates. UMAC serves as a platform for members to foster relationships with each other and cultivate the group learning culture and teamwork. With this, it provides opportunities for members to enhance their knowledge, skills, and experience as well as shaping them into good character with a positive attitude and thus increasing their competitive advantage.
